Jeff Wright
CEO: Jeff started his professional career as a senior commercial banker and capital advisor. During his time in the financial sector, Jeff originated $100 million in transactions. Education includes Harvard University (Kennedy School) – MPA, Northwestern University (Kellogg School) – MBA, Georgetown University – BS. Jeff is deeply engaged and committed to giving back to the community. He serves on the Board of Advisors of Catholic Charities, Rush Hospital and Big Shoulders. He was appointed by Illinois Governor J.B Pritzker to the Board of Directors of the Illinois Finance Authority. He is also an active member of the Chicago Club and the Economic Club of Chicago.
Yousef Alzaeem
Senior Operations Management: Yousef is an accomplished professional with experience in business operations and transformation. Taking advantage of his abilities in operations, strategy, leadership, and efficiency, Yousef founded and managed Everest Trading Group, a diversified investment portfolio, back in his native Palestine. Prior to his arrival at American Backhoe Services and Excavating Co, he also served as Director of Business Transformation at Tayse International. Yosuef graduated with a BA in Economics from Berzeit University. He holds and MBA from Northwestern University and an MPA from Harvard University. He is still very active with Kellogg School of Management’s Tel Aviv campus where, based on his experience as the first Gazan to obtain an MBA from this institution, he co-founded and leads the YES Initiative to support Palestinian-Gazan youth in obtaining higher education from globally recognized institutions with campuses in Israel.

Andy Rule
Senior Project Manager: As a Senior Project Manager with 18+ years of experience, Andy has driven great results in terms of managing high end projects of various degrees of difficulties. Communication, Leadership, Risk Management, Organization, Problem Solving and Decision Making are some of the tasks that the project manager Andy is very skilled at. Andy has worked with and alongside numerous construction Affiliations including Chicago Public Schools, University of Chicago Medicine, United States General Service Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, Northwestern, and Federal Bureau of Prisons.
Peter Lucnik
Senior Project Manager: Peter graduated from Lyons Township High School in 1998 and then enlisted in the Marine Corps for 4 years. After Honorable Discharge, he enrolled at University of Illinois at Chicago and graduated with honors with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Mathematics. Peter started working for a construction website and was able to link up into the electrical industry as a Project Manager and Estimator in 2008. Peter has been with ABS Electrical Division since 2016 and enjoyed helping to grow and expand the electrical division. In his spare time, Peter enjoys softball, golf, and escape rooms. His favorite places to travel have been the glaciers of Patagonia in Southern Argentina and the wheat fields of Eastern Poland.
Renne Burns
Assistant Project Manager: Renee joined ABS in 2018 as an electrical project engineer. She has over 18 years’ experience in various roles in construction. She started right out of college as a receptionist for a general contractor in Chicago and moved up throughout the company before making the change into electrical work. Renee started off as a project administrator and from there learned how to estimate and assist in project management. She lives in the South Suburbs with her two boys. Their favorite thing to do is take the boat out all summer and visit the beaches on the Gulf Shores.
